Background

Björn has worked in the industry for over 20 years. First as a mechanic and then as ceo of a company whose main purpose is to take care of the decommissioned buses then take care of spare parts from these. Björn has a broad expertise in many areas relating to repairs, administration, certification and maintenance of ISO 14001 and above all customer and vendor contacts.

Offer

We offer favourable terms on all our remanufactured products. We do not charge a surcharge in the event of major accident to the core object of such as gearboxes, portal axles and rear axle gears. However, by external damage to the core object, a small fee may apply. By us, the customer has a fixed price on the product. We however require a return item in part exchange.

We also offer competitive prices on our products.

We have a fully equipped service vehicle. If necessary, we can offer our services directly at the customer. This means that we come to the customer with the spare/replacement parts as well as all the tools needed to perform the repair or replacement on site. After the repair process is completed, we test drive the vehicle to check that the product is working correctly. We will take with us the defective product so that the customer does not need to arrange transport of the exchangeunit.

In cases where we cannot offer the customer a complete refurbished product, we commitsus to renovate the customer's product at current account reconciliation on the extensive renovation required and price before the completion of the renovation.

Refurbished products are replacement devices. This means that when you buy a barter unit, you leave the broken product trade-in. Then we renovate and test the product before it is resold. Each refurbished product can be tracked via a unique label for each product. We document all offered with the product in the redevelopment, who carried out the renovation, as well as the date the renovation has been carried out. This documentation may even customer access to if desired.

Distribution

Our facilities is located in Järna with about 20 minutes from Stockholm. For customers in Stockholm and Mälardalen, this means that we can quickly respond to customer needs by our spare parts to minimize the customer's costs down.

We ship direct from EVZ Transmission in Denmark if there would be a shortage of any product in our store here in Sweden. EVZ also offers our customers in Skåne direct delivery of goods with their own distribution '.

Orders can be made directly via phone between 07.00 – 16.00, or via email.

We also have a shop where customers can place orders 24 hours a day.

Deliveries of goods are handled either by ourselves or with direct delivery of Jet Pak, Strålfors, TNT and DHL. Orders placed before 1 pm will be delivered within 1-4 business days depending where the customer is located.

Partners

We are dealers in Sweden for the EVZ Transmission AS having its registered office in Denmark. EVZ is the main supplier of most of the products we sell.
